Playing in two cool bands these days. One of which is kind of like The Village Bike minus Dylan Hardman plus the Bob-father, the other is My Brother's Banned (Myspace).

Check out Karma Microphones-- great deals, mics and people: www.karmamics.com

My old friend TW Walsh has some cool stuff going on as well-- including having his song “Gullwatching” from his 2001 record, Blue Laws, featured in a film called Verschwinden, which will premier on October 10 in LA at the FAIF International Film Festival in Hollywood, CA. He also recently released a new E.P. under the moniker The Soft Drugs called In Moderation on Tower of Song Records.

Meet Flooper.

Very psyched to have started working with the Gillenator (i.e. Fred Gillen Jr.) again. I was able to get a nearly finished mix of his song "Devil's Bluff" done this past week and it sounds great. We've kind of refocused on this project and I'm hoping to get another of his songs called "Home of the Brave" mixed by next week.

It looks like I'll be focusing on my own stuff and developing material with the lovely and talented Ms. Jessica Ritchie for the foreseeable future. I've decided against taking on many (i.e. any) new outside projects for now. I will, however, continue to document my random musings and I'm committed to finishing the Junior Gillen(ator) project sometime this year.

Despite having just blogged all of that, I'm always interested in hearing about and considering interesting new projects...

It took a long time and a great deal of frustration, but I got the XSPF player on the "solo artist page" working.

I've finally started updating this site-- long overdue.

I'm currently working on a solo album which I hope to have done sometime in late '06.

I'm producing and engineering an album for noted singer/songwriter and Hope Machine guitarist/vocalist Fred "The Gillenator" Gillen Jr. (www.FredGillenJr.com) to be released on my Chicken Coop Records. We have two songs done, which kick serious ass and a couple more in progress. Our goal is to have a full length CD done sometime in '06 as our schedules allow.
